Service: We provide a Shop2LLM that monitors how AI agents discover and interact with your e-commerce store, along with an AI connection link that connects your store to AI assistants. Service availability is on a best-effort basis. We are not liable for third-party AI platform outages or changes.
License: Each license key is valid for one store domain. You may transfer your license to a different domain by contacting support.
Payment: Subscription fees are billed monthly via Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime. Your license remains active until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final. We may make exceptions for genuine technical issues preventing service use — contact support@aiproductscout.shop.
Limitation of Liability: Shop2LLM Pro is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the service, including lost sales or data.
